Our rental terms:

1.    Prices are based on arrival  Saturday after 4:00 p.m. and departure time on Saturday before
10.00 a.m.
2.    In the offseason ( 1/10 – 1/5) an amount of  € 25.00 per week is charged for electricity.
3.    Prices are excluding final cleaning. Costs for the Villa “Vista Mare” € 75.00 and for the Chalet “Moia Vista” € 50.00, € 12,50 pet
4.    Prices are excluding tourist tax € 0,60 per person per night. This is only applicable from April 1st until October 1st. Children under the age of 12 are excluded from tourist tax.
5.    Bed linen is available upon request at a charge of € 7.50 per person per week.
6.    Towels are available upon request (1 large/1 small) at  a charge of  € 7.50 for the duration of your stay.
7.    Baby chair and/or baby bed are available at a charge of  €7,50 and €10.00 per week.
8.    Gas barbecue is available at a charge of € 35 per week (incl. gas and cleaning).
9.    We charge €45,00 reservation costs for each confirmed reservation. This fee is non-refundable in case of cancellation.
10.    Payment : 30% within 14 days of the confirmation ; 70% 6 weeks before arrival by bank.
11.    Cancellation terms: 30% deposit will be refunded in case of cancellation not later than 2 months before the date of arrival. 30% deposit will not be refunded in case of cancellation within 2 months of the date of arrival, however, any money transferred in excess of 30% will be refunded in case of cancellation.
12.    Your reservation is final upon receipt of the 30% amount.
13.    Upon arrival we request a deposit of € 250 for the Villa “Vista Mare” and € 150 for the Chalet  “Moia Vista”. When no damages to the property or its contents have occurred, this deposit will be fully refunded on the day of departure. Damages or missing items will be retained from your deposit.
